| Day 5 | Bus to Oban, ferry to Isle of Mull, bike to Duart Castle, then to Western Isles Hotel in Tobermory, encountering the "never-ending hill" towards the end |
| Day 6 | Boat trip to Treshnish Isles (puffin picnic) and the Isle of Staffa (Fingal's Cave) |
| Day 7 | Ferry to Ardnamurchan Peninsula, bike from ferry (Kilchoan) through rugged mountains and along beautiful coast of Loch Sunart to Kilcamb Lodge, Strontian |
